PollStar reads the calls ringing and hanging up, displaying your clients accounts, answer phrases on 4 to 12 incoming lines, in additon some account reports.

We call this system a papered system. You identifying and answering calls ..but taking messages and managing that somehow..

Upgrade, adding KisStar for a complete paperless message management and message delivery system. You using your own XP/Vista computers and phones.

Get their DigiTrap 1015 -with the DT-915 Auto Polling Option and optioned for MASTAR.

About any decent phone system connected to the DigiTrap works. It uses standard RJ11 line inputs/ outputs to standard phones. Any phones work, however, its nice to have certain options, think primarily about expanision, not being short buttons should you add any more phone lines. The Digitrap with 4 ports/ trunks/ lines, represents 4 buttons on your phone, lines, trunks, the terminology about the same.

We suggest a 4 ports system, that's 2 PC cards, each with 2 ports. Nicollet will shipped to your location, support the installation, even working with your phone company if needed.
