Your clients forward their main business phone# to your service or DID number your service assigns them.

PollStar is a incoming caller-identification font-end application, specially developed for the answering service industry using specific DID hardware. Our software reads the data coming from either the DigiTrap or the Identifier hardware. Then displaying real time, all your incoming caller-identification information (ringing, hanging ups). The Line#s, the Account#s, are usually the last 4 digits of the DID# that cross references to your callers answer phrase in popup window..

With only the PollStar application and DID harware, you have a paper based TAS system from 1-12 incoming lines in the same window. Allowing your operator(s) a visual display of all incoming calls to answer calls appropriately. Your operator would simply choose which line they want to answer next, selecting the buttons line on your phone, answering the call.

If you are a paperless option, the operator types in a 4 digit account# to enter that account, take messages, everything else.

We highly recommends Nicollet's DigiTrap DID hardware being very reliable with excellent support. BTW, we're open to any development, configuring or interfacing with variety of OEM's.
