This Other Equipment Manufacture was once apon a time recommended for identifying incoming calls, aka, the 'Older System', together with our MASTAR DOS paperless application made up a complete answering service system for years.

No longer is the 'Older Identifier System' recommend by MASTAR. The PollStar application was specifically developed to support our 'Older Systems' clients using the Nicollet DigiTrap and PollStar works with this Eastern too! 

I have personally answered tooo.. many calls from other answering services who were desparately seeking help or/and repairs. They were stuck... sort of out of business, loosing customers, frustrated due to their hardware not working, got hit by lightening -something? Hardware eventually just fails!! This old company does not return calls, promises repair of equipment, but not in any kind of timely manner, if not at all!

MASTAR has converted successfully several 'Older Identifier Systems' to the DigiTrap hardware.

This is kind of low price solution, its simple, is effective PAPER based caller-identification system for answering services.
