For now, REMOTE OPERATOR can nicely log on to a existing operator work station on your network and do the same.
We do this by.. using something like VPN/ VNC and/or various remote software's ie, Windows Remote Access, PCanywhere, GoToMyPC
LogMeIn and TeamViewer, these last two we favor.
Operator can still function very nicely running Kisstar application remote.

New startups checking around, find, it staggering, these exclusive hardware/ software ACD turnkey systems, (your calls are auto distributed to next available operator), the installation, training, lease, and needed support cost.
