About
  MASTAR
IDSTAR is a system concept

MASTAR there's separation, unlike larger all inclusive do everything TAS corporate systems. MASTAR has never developed into any one way of doing things.. or supports any one turnkey decision. As a developer and of the KISS logic, we'll interface with OEM (other equipment manufactures) solutions that work.

It can get real complicated, all this, that telephone stuff, and all the hardware. Over the years, our systems really did not support any automatic call distribution ACD-- to the next available operator. Our 300+ answering service had no problems. ACD, is on PBX side of things, or getting the calls distribute to the next available operator. MASTAR sets ourselves apart from equipment, what we do is instruct your general computer tech with alittle help. Our application starting point is when your operator enters 4 digit account#. And, your operator probably pushed a button, or already identified, even answering the call.

We do not want to get internally inside your PBX system. In the past, we've passively read data from other OEM hardware, we still entain that thought. We do not want to control other OEM hardware. It's not neccessary and safer

If you can identify it, KisStar can finish it.

PART 1     your VOIP PBX incoming calls & callers with their clients calls forwarded + an Answer Phrase Identification

x-------no physical connection---------x

PART 2 and 3 is Account Management, Messaging and Delivery Modes. Our MASTAR applications

KisStar operator enters 4 digit account#, and then KisStar does the rest

Messaging & Delivery ..fax, email, paging, text to cell ETC..

The combination of the two--even though they are separate intities.. Combinning The Asterisk Part 1 and Mastar's Part 2 and 3 ...make up your TAS package. And it works.. is quite remarkable... even the FileMaker engine.

PART 1 (Asterisk PBX side of things)  This whole Asterisk PBX is what it is... and with all its functionality a plus in its own.

Your clients will forward the same to local phone#s just like they do now.

The TAS will answer calls using VOIP and the host provider will provide a pop up who's calling or your clients account# and answer phase. The provider will provide this up for each DID.

All the extra PBX bells & whistles on the PBX you learn and use, answering your phones, patching, transferring, conferencing or any possible thing... is the Asterisk system itself. Up to this point your are a PAPERED answering service

Add KisStar and your a Paperless system.

Now, once you can ID and Answer your clients local, there's further possibilities of taking your IP phone to another location and answer your calls during off hours. As long as you have Internet connection back to your own PBX. We are not suggesting you do this during busy call traffic hours, atleast during this stage.

PART 2 & 3 MASTAR side of things.
Everything starts by the operator entering 4 digit account#, KisStar does exactly what a basic answering service requires. Your operator enters a account# ..for information, mostly to take messages for clients, answer question, be informed, outcall, chasing people down, know about office situations, emergencies, delivery messages--either manually, paging, faxing, emailing, phone texting or hold them until..they are delivered... Then to old, archives and finally purged them. Along the way, maintain information and report accordingly for the general practice of accounting calls and services.

KisStar send Emails. outbound Fax using local dialing requirements. NEED A REAL PHONE LINE

All paging jobs are sent to PaperMaster cue, by KisStar operator stations.
PageMaster is a stand lone application, local dialing dialing application. NEED A REAL PHONE LINE
