Junk Note Blues..
A long time ago, not forgotten...it makes me laugh today and be thankful I was so presistent. The programmer gave me ONE note.. for spite, he called it a 'JunkNote'.

We fought over notes! They weren't logical.. He couldn't controll input or automatic your operators 100%
Yep..it was to complicated, to many bugs, to confussing to users, installation and support was a nightmare... the whole enchilda. That was along time ago.

Accounts have action notes, thats defined lots of notes in alpha order, by title, description and lots of notes.. for organizing emergencies, whos oncall or anything you can imagine.

There's alert notes
There's gotta be more notes!
