PollStar is a incoming caller-identification font-end application, specially developed for the answering service industry. This software reads data from either the DigiTrap or the Identifier hardware, then displaying real time all your incoming caller-identification information, ringing and hanging up, Line#s, theAccount#s,the last 4 digits of DID# and a long answer phrase in a window..

With only PollStar, you have a paper based system that displays upto 6 incoming lines in the same window, AKA, trunks, or assigned button on your phone set. Allowing your operator(s) a visual display of all incoming calls to answer appropriately. Your operator would simply choose which line they want to answer next by selecting phone line button, thus answering the call. If you are a paperless option, next, the operator types in a 4 digit account# to start the messaging paperless application.
