Delivery Modes included

• Fax: An automated system that faxes messages to you immediately after receiving a call or at certain hours of the day.
• E-Mail: Instantly delivered to your email address (or multiple e-mail addresses) immediately after receiving the call or at designated times.
• Pagers: For companies using alpha pagers and pager systems, messages are paged to the on-call representative your own call center operator to call the us to get their message
• Live Message Delivery / Call Patching: If there are certain calls you wish to be notified off, most answering services can put your caller on hold, contact you, patch the caller through to your line.
  
• SMS Text Message: It's safe to assume that everyone has a mobile phone these days; we are able to deliver a limited number of character from the message taken sent direct to your mobile device

• Online: A fairly new service for many telephone answering services, your messages can be accessed by your own web browser on the TAS web site. Our FileMaker engine is easily capable of providing this with some coding
• We still anticipate add web-based capabilities and its looking more realistic using FileMaker. Whereas we were considering a completely new application. Focusing on FileMaker OEM's, some exciting new products;

pollStar

This application polls, reading the comport on your computer connected to DID Hardware. Our PollStar application displays your caller-ID Line#, Account and Answer Phrases. This being the traditional DID, ( direct inward dial) lines and hardware most services still use today. We soon hope to accept caller ID coming from the Asterisk VoIP system   /dated Mar22/

idStar

MASTAR's idStar system is just a name of a modeled program we call it.

Although, you can use most any VoIP system, we're naming this for 'The-VoIP-in a Box' concept or turnkey system. You'll still will use the KisStar Messaging application. Handling the phone calls is part of building a TAS system.

The VOIP-PBX system & VoIP providers will personally provider a already pre configured 'VoIP in a Box' we're planning for you. We're suggestion duplicating what's working for our other TAS clients.

efStar

This is our own email and fax server application. There was no easy solution or pre developed fax software to include with this application. So we develop our own. Research at the end of our cycle, primarily found a declining fax market preferring email and Vista operating system incompatibilities. Many software developers were dropping fax development or upgrades. KisStar by default emails using OutLook Express setup and does not fax without the efStar application installed, then we suggest, using its email option in place of OutLook Express.

PageMaster

You want reliable paging operations?
KisStar submits these jobs to this great program. PageMaster is a Windows application that sends text messages to cell phones, alphanumeric pagers, numeric pagers, and any other devices capable of receiving text and SMS messages. Why reinvent the wheel.. when for $120 this supports ALL your operator work stations paging needs using their client version.

The WebStar will be one of a kind when we finish it. Coming in the future, a web-based application. For multiple operators working on same application using their Internet Browser. Developing this application was put on hold due to current economy. In the meantime, use remote PC to log into a KisStar workstations.
